Antonia Vanbergen
MChem (Oxon) FCA CTA – Principal
The firm is led by an award-winning principal, who has many years’ experience in accountancy and tax. Following a degree reading Chemistry at The Queen’s College, Oxford, Antonia trained to become a chartered accountant at a London-based audit firm. She then moved into the tax sector joining EY and completing the chartered tax adviser qualification. She then gained further experience working as a finance director within industry at a family office / hedge fund. She provides excellent knowledge and experience, together with a personal service. Antonia is currently training as a beekeeper in her spare time, and enjoys spending time on garden design and horticulture.

Rhiannon Metalle
FCCA, Head of Management Accounts
The management accounts team is led by Rhiannon, who is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She trained with a local firm specialising in supporting SME and owner managed businesses with all aspects of tax, accounting, and audit services. Rhiannon enjoys working with business owners and their employees, using real time information to make commercial decisions. In her spare time, Rhiannon plays netball and spends time with her Jack Russell, Charlie, who can often be found in the VCS offices!
Tom Kirkham
FCCA, Head of Accounts & Tax
Tom is our Head of Accounts and Tax, and is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He has a broad experience in accounts, tax and audit having worked in accountancy practices throughout his career, training at a firm with offices in Kent and London before moving on to managerial positions at other local firms. He has worked with businesses and individuals involved in a wide range of sectors and enjoys working closely with clients in order to deliver an excellent service. Away from work his time is taken up with his young family, and mountain biking or running whenever he gets the chance.
Carola Curteis
Head of Operations
The operations team is headed by Carola, a highly organised and efficient person with a healthy dose of Dutch directness. She enjoys the variety of tasks in her position, and her years of experience in the hospitality industry means she offers outstanding customer service to our clients. The location of the countryside office is a perfect fit with her love for gardening and degree in Garden & Landscape management.

We are making the move towards becoming a “green” practice in a bid for complete self-sustainability. This has always been an important issue for the firm and we wish to play our part in creating a better future.
