Our success as a firm is spearheaded by the hard working and dedicated team of staff that cover all areas of the practice.
We have developed a unique and modern approach to employee support and wellbeing, encouraging flexible working arrangements and a generous benefits package. Our office is paperless with all work carried out using a server, so staff work seamlessly alongside each other even when working from home.
We all stay connected throughout the working day with internal messaging, with more senior employees offering regular support and encouragement to trainees and new starters. Switching off after work is also strongly encouraged to ensure all staff have a happy and well-balanced lifestyle.
Top candidates are recruited based on their achievements, attention to detail, efficiency and acumen. We do also consider candidates that do not have a wealth of experience on their CV to date, but are willing to work diligently and quickly to gain qualifications in their desired areas.
We actively support our staff attaining new qualifications if desired, including financing apprenticeships for the AAT, ACA or ACCA qualifications. Please visit our Early Careers page for more details of our School Leaver program and new graduate opportunities.
